Google is planning a Linux Based OS called Chrome. Well many praises and concerns rise at the same time on Google’s plan. Some say that this will create Fragmentation in Linux , now fragmentation is a negative impact as some say that Did Linux needed Ubuntu or it would be fine to improve Debian? But on the other side thanks to GPL Google will have to share the improvements in the code and that will be good for the community.

Also Google got money and is household name will eventually attract great many user from Windows and Microsoft will have to bear the pain . Good for them.
