Sony’s highly anticipated PS3 motion controller finally got the name when officials of Sony announced at GDC(Game developers conference) 2010 that the name of PS3 motion controller will be PlayStation Move and most probably will be available this fall. The controller combined with the PlayStation Eye Camera will be able to detect natural movements of hand can translate these movements inside the game and in this manner you will have a whole new gaming experience.

PS3 Move also comes up with an additional device known as PS3 Move sub controller and can be used for more precise movements. The controller enhances the gaming experience of FPS games and Zipper interactive has already announced that SOCOM 4 can be played completely with PS Move.

Sony will be selling PlayStation Move separately and also include it in PS3 package. Sony has also announced that the price of this marvelous device will be less than $100 which is quite a good news for most of the gamers out there.

At GDC 2010 Sony has given the demo of some of the games such as pingpong, tennis, FPS combat etc and all these games looked absolutely amazing, another challenge game was demoed in which you need to paint a certain area with help of your hands.
