The Clamis IFI Patent Services has published a list of 50 companies who have registered the highest number of patents in 2011. Apple comes to the thirty-ninth place.

An interesting recent analysis showed that the amount of data consumed by the most recent version of the iPhone i.e iPhone 4S consume twice as much data compared to that of the iPhone 4 and if we compare it with iPhone 3G then there appears a vast difference.
